  • Develop and implement HR initiatives and systems.
  • Advise on policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
  • Oversee performance management, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
  • Ensure employee records and working conditions comply with legal requirements.
  • Proficiency in HR functions, labor laws, and MS Office; HRMS knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and ethical skills.
  • Oversee and manage employee contributions to SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other mandatory benefits, ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and timely remittance.
